CEME Group in Camas, WA is seeking an Application Engineer Sales Manager to drive sales growth by providing technical application support to customers, distributors, and internal teams. You will prepare technical proposals, conduct product demonstrations, and collaborate with engineering for customized solutions.

The role requires strong sales engineering and technical support skills, plus the ability to manage multiple projects and travel to customer sites as needed in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Strong Sales Engineering and Sales skills, translating customer requirements into technical solutions and closing opportunities.
• Technical Support capabilities including troubleshooting and guidance, with effective communication to customers and internal teams.
• Electrical engineering understanding of system design, specifications, and integration of electro-mechanical components.
• Mechanical engineering understanding for interpreting drawings, performance data, and mechanical requirements in industrial applications.
• Experience in Industrial sectors, especially pumps, valves, or fluid control systems, is highly beneficial.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting technical information to non-technical audiences.
