Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent education and experience.
• 2+ years of engineering experience related to pumps, valves or rotating equipment.
• Proven ability to learn products quickly and interact with customers on technical matters.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to sales and channel partners for product selection and configuration.
• Offer technical support and troubleshooting to end users and partners.
• Conduct internal and partner trainings on product performance and application data.
• Support marketing activities with technical literature and event preparation.
• Develop market insights and report on competitive products and needs.
