Job summary
LASER COMPONENTS GmbH is seeking a Business Development Manager to join our US Sales team in Chandler, Arizona. This is a remote position with travel expectations. Ideal candidates will develop new business opportunities across various markets.
Responsibilities include maintaining a qualified sales pipeline, leading the sales cycle, and ensuring alignment with company policies. Applicants should have at least 5 years of technical sales experience and a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in photonics, optics, or lasers.
- Ability to engage with OEM customers and understand long sales cycles.
- A proven track record in new business development.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within target markets.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and quotations.
- Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing.
