Phillips Corporation is seeking a Sales Engineer to drive growth in the New Jersey territory, serving as the Haas CNC and manufacturing authority. You will partner with manufacturing leaders to solve production challenges, deliver ROI, and create legendary customer outcomes.

You will own your territory with an entrepreneur’s mindset, win complex opportunities through CRM mastery and disciplined sales execution, and collaborate with service leaders to ensure seamless installation and budgeting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in a solutions selling environment focused on Machine Tools in the manufacturing space.

Responsibilities

• Own the NJ territory with an entrepreneur’s mindset and drive revenue growth.
• Forecast with 90%+ accuracy, manage margins, and exceed targets.
• Negotiate contracts, coordinate installation expectations, and manage territory budgets.
• Collaborate with service leaders to deliver peak customer outcomes and lifelong partnerships.
