Qualifications

What You Will Do

  1. Develop and grow revenue through consultative selling with clients and prospects.
  2. Collaborate with regional sales teams to consultatively engage with clients/stakeholders, helping them envision the possibilities of mobility.
  3. Perform production demonstrations that articulate the business and technical value of SOTI solutions.
  4. Educate and facilitate the adoption of SOTI solutions to effectively address both business and technical outcomes.
  5. Present solution architecture, including all technical aspects of the product.
  6. Provide pre-sales technical support, including installing and configuring enterprise software solutions during POC to prospective customers.
  7. Communicate with internal product development teams to resolve product issues and generate recommendations for product roadmaps (feature requests).
  8. Assist with the execution of internal team projects and initiatives.

Experience You Will Bring

  1. Minimum of 7 years of work experience related to mobile device management solutions and enterprise mobility (Android, iOS, Linux, Windows), BYOD, SaaS.
  2. Prior experience in a technical customer-facing role, ideally as a pre-sales or sales engineer.
  3. Knowledge of computer networking principles (DNS, IP networks, firewalls, etc.).
  4. Knowledge of Single Sign-On (SSO), Identity Application Management (IAM), SAML, IdP, certificates, encryption, etc.
  5. Knowledge of Active Directory, certificate authorities, and identity management systems.
  6. Understanding and experience with databases (e.g., MS SQL Server, MySQL, MongoDB).
  7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical programs clearly.
  8. Understanding of business processes.
  9. Knowledge of containerization and virtualization.
  10. Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
  11. Strong planning, prioritization, and organizational skills to meet service standards and objectives.

Nice to Have

  • Cisco Certified Network Associate or equivalent.
  • Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) - Exchange or equivalent experience.
  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate.
  • Android Enterprise professional.
  • Formal sales training such as value selling, SPIN, Miller Heiman.
  • Understanding of REST APIs and coding (JavaScript, HTML, etc.).
  • Knowledge of Cloud Computing.
  • Experience with customer service or incident management software.
  • Multilingual capabilities.
