Job summary

PCB Piezotronics, Inc. is seeking a Sales Engineer II to generate revenue and cultivate long‑term relationships in Southern California and Washington. You will develop PCB’s test markets with a focus on Aerospace & Defense and general test sectors, including automotive, with a dynamic, entrepreneurial mindset.

The role is remote with 25%–35% travel, requiring visits to customers, trade shows, and territory planning. A four‑year degree and 3+ years in sensors are required.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent specialized training.
• Minimum of three years in the sensor and instrumentation field with revenue growth in an assigned territory.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Travel: 25%–35% travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Develops and grows assigned territory, schedules visits with customers.
• Responds to a high volume of email and phone inquiries and coordinates with Inside Sales and Application Engineer.
• Owns quotations and leads, follows up to close business and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Develops sales plans, supports forecasting, and participates in sales meetings.
• Responds to technical inquiries on product availability, delivery, repairs, and calibrations.
• Performs equipment demonstrations and trains customers on proper use.
