The role requires at least 5 years of electronic packaging experience, a BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, and strong communication skills. Travel 50–60% is expected, with CAD drawings and MS Office proficiency valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years electronic packaging experience or equivalent.
• Bachelor of Science or Engineering Technology in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Travel extensively within designated geography, 50–60% of the time or as needed.

Responsibilities

• Identify target customers and programs within the West Coast region with KAMs & SAMs.
• Develop plans with the Sales Team to penetrate accounts not currently using our products.
• Lead quarterly design reviews with RSM and Sales Team using the Amsterdam Design Pipeline.
