Responsibilities

Lead and develop Technical Sales Specialists and Filtration Systems Specialists.
Set goals and development plans aligned with commercial priorities.
Improve quoting quality, proposal accuracy, and efficiency.
Manage staffing, workload, succession planning, and resources across North America.
Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Marketing, Engineering, and Operations.
