Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
• Seven (7) years of experience in industrial technical sales, applications engineering, field service, or related technical commercial disciplines
• Three (3) years of leadership experience leading technical or commercial teams
• Willingness to travel up to 25%
• No immigration sponsorship or relocation benefit for this position; candidates within 50-mile radius of Chanhassen, MN will be considered

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Technical Sales Specialists and Filtration Systems Specialists to meet business and development objectives
• Establish team goals and development plans aligned with commercial and operational priorities
• Drive technical support strategies to improve responsiveness, quote quality, and proposal accuracy
• Coordinate staffing and resource allocation across North America
• Monitor KPIs for quoting, cycle time, and customer experience
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives for efficiency and standardization
• Ensure high-quality technical support for engineered and configured filtration products
• Partner with Sales, Product Management, Marketing, Engineering, and Operations to support growth and lifecycle management
• Establish quoting standards, pricing governance, and documentation practices
• Drive growth in field service and rental fleet services
• Support strategic opportunities with executive-level technical guidance
• Resolve complex customer issues and field escalations
• Deliver technical training to employees, distributors, and customers
• Promote adoption of CRM, CPQ, and ERP systems
• Collaborate with global teams on knowledge sharing and process improvements
• Lead cross-functional projects like new product introductions and digital transformations
• Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous learning
