Job summary

Silvus Technologies, a subsidiary of Motorola Solutions, seeks a Sales Engineer for DoW to collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Business Development, delivering tailored technical solutions and conducting product demonstrations for DoW customers.

The role requires extensive customer interaction, travel up to 50%, and the ability to influence product development while working with a team led by the Director of Sales Engineering. Remote work is possible depending on location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with at least 2 years of pre- and post-sales technical support experience.
• Proficiency with RF instruments such as signal generators and spectrum analyzers.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites.
• Security Clearance: Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance or ability to obtain one within 15 months of hire.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen due to clients under U.S. government contracts.
• All employment is contingent upon the successful clearance of a background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre- and post-sales technical support including system planning and customer training.
• Demonstrate Silvus' radio and networking solutions and their advantages.
• Prepare and conduct product demonstrations for visits and evaluations.
• Visit customer sites to provide technical support and training.
• Troubleshoot field failures and assist development teams.
