The role involves up to 50% travel and may be remote depending on location. A Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) and 2+ years in pre- and post-sales technical support are required, along with US citizenship and security clearance eligibility.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with at least 2 years pre- and post-sales technical support experience; or HS diploma with 6 years experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and work at customer sites.
• Security Clearance: Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance or ability to obtain within 15 months.
• U.S. Citizenship required for these contracts.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre- and post-sales technical support including system planning and training.
• Prepare and conduct product demonstrations for customer visits.
• Visit customer sites to provide technical support and training.
• Troubleshoot field issues and collect feedback for development.
• Travel up to 50% for meetings, events, and demonstrations.
