Ethena, a remote-first AI compliance platform, seeks a Sales Engineer to join our fast-moving team in the United States. You will own the technical thread of deals, deliver tailored demonstrations, and articulate how Ethena’s AI-driven compliance platform integrates with HRIS, SSO, and other enterprise systems.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on Sales Engineering or presales experience in B2B SaaS.
• Ability to translate complex product capabilities into business value for HR, IT, Security, and Legal buyers.
• Comfort delivering tailored demos and handling technical questions and RFPs.

• Own the technical thread of sales opportunities from discovery to close.
• Partner with AEs and CSMs to map Ethena's tech strengths to customer pain points.
• Maintain and refine the demo environment showcasing AI features and integrations.
