You'll work closely with customers and internal Engineering, Quality, Program Management, and Production teams to develop solutions, manage timelines, resolve technical issues, and bring new programs into production.

This is not a commission-driven sales role. Sales performance is measured at the department level rather than through individual sales quotas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer programs from initial RFQ/quotation through production launch.
  • Develop quotes, cost estimates, pricing, bid packages, and supporting APQP/quality documentation.

  • Provide technical guidance to customers and recommend product or design changes when they improve performance, manufacturability, or cost.
  • Coordinate program timelines, milestones, and deliverables across internal teams.
  • Lead internal APQP and program launch meetings and keep projects moving toward production.
  • Manage relationships with assigned accounts while identifying opportunities for additional business.
  • Support new-business development and targeted customer opportunities.
  • Present technical and commercial information to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Represent the company at customer visits and occasional trade shows.
  • Maintain accurate customer documentation, project information, and CRM/estimating system data.
  • Work within applicable AS9100, ISO, ITAR, and EHS requirements.
