Compensation: $160,000-190,000 per year annual salary
Commission - offered - reviewed quarterly
Bonus - offered - 40% of annual salary - performance/company based
Car allowance - offered - $650/month

Desired Qualifications
BA/BS or equivalent experience in a technical sales role; MBA is a plus.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in successfully selling software products in the automotive market, such as Classic AUTOSAR, Adaptive AUTOSAR, embedded and cyber security, Connected Car, HMI, testing/tooling and related engineering services.
Understand software development processes in the automotive industry.
Have a proven record of accomplishment in meeting or exceeding assigned quotas.
Able to communicate, present, and influence all levels of the organization, including management.
Express both technical and nontechnical concepts clearly and concisely.
Have proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to closing.

Day to Day
You will be responsible for East Coast sales & account activities for multiple Tier 1 and OEMs and work closely with other members of the customer engagement team to build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with assigned customers.
Effectively communicate the EB value proposition of our products, solutions, and services through discussions with customer, proposals, and presentations.
Identify and execute approaches to win new and recurring business by understanding customer’s needs and objectives.
Contribute towards strategy, risk assessment and reliable forecasting with assigned accounts.
Ensure close alignment and collaboration across cross functional customer engagement team to drive the RFI/RFP processes.
Prepare quotes, review with key stakeholders and lead negotiations and deal closing based on sound market understanding.
Ensure overall customer satisfaction and business growth for the company with a long-term outlook.
Direct reporting line to the Chief Revenue Officer, Americas.
