At DTEN, we build video conferencing devices that make meeting rooms work beautifully — displays, cameras, audio systems, and touch-enabled collaboration devices used by teams worldwide. We’re looking for a Sales Engineer to serve as a technical resource for our sales team and customers, helping them evaluate, select, and deploy our video conferencing products. You’ll provide pre- and post-sales technical support, develop product documentation, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to address customer requirements. The role also includes hardware failure analysis and oversight of a small refurbishment workshop with one full-time Repair Technician.
Recent graduates with strong engineering fundamentals and communication skills are welcome.
This fully on-site role is based at our headquarters and refurbishment facility in San Jose, CA. Work combines office and workshop activities, including occasional handling of large displays and use of tools and low-voltage electronics.
