Job summary

DTEN is seeking a Sales Engineer to support the sales team and customers from our San Jose headquarters. You will evaluate, select, and deploy DTEN video conferencing products, provide pre- and post-sales technical support, and collaborate with Product and Engineering on customer requirements.

Recent graduates with strong engineering fundamentals and communication skills are welcome. The role includes hardware fault analysis and supervision of a small refurbishment workshop with one Repair

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering; Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred.
• Fluent spoken and written Mandarin Chinese and English.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales to understand customer requirements and recommend products and configurations.
• Deliver product demonstrations and lead technical discussions connecting product capabilities to customer needs.
• Serve as a technical point of contact for product questions, deployment guidance, and post-sales issues.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and sales resources.
