Job summary

You will help sales teams with product expertise, demonstrations, and practical tools while shaping scalable education that improves readiness and client outcomes. The ideal candidate combines sales support experience with instructional design, facilitation, and project coordination in a complex financial services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Eight to ten years of experience in project management activities.
• Experience spanning sales enablement, presales support, training strategy, instructional design, product demonstrations, facilitation, or related disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and continuously improve sales support practices for Treasury and Payment Solutions.
• Plan, prepare, and deliver tailored product demonstrations that connect capabilities to objectives.
• Develop and maintain a training strategy aligned with business objectives and workforce needs.
• Deliver engaging training through instructor-led sessions, webinars, and virtual environments.
• Coach sales and client-facing teams to conduct effective discovery and position solutions clearly.
• Establish and measure sales enablement and training impact across programs.
