Tenth Revolution Group in New York is seeking an Associate, Sales Enablement (Salesforce) to partner with Sales, Marketing, Relationship Management, and Distribution teams to deliver CRM solutions and drive user adoption.

You will translate business needs into user stories, build training programs, create reports and dashboards, and support end users while exploring AI-powered improvements to workflows and documentation. This role offers high visibility and a path to influence CRM strategy.

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of Salesforce experience as an Administrator, Business Analyst, Power User, or CRM professional.
  • Strong understanding of Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities, Campaigns, and reporting.
  • Experience gathering business requirements and working directly with stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Passion for user adoption, training, and process improvement.
  • Salesforce Administrator, Business Analyst, or App Builder certifications are a plus.
  • Financial Services, Asset Management, or Investment Management experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain process documentation, business requirements, and operational procedures.
  • Explore and implement AI-powered solutions that improve workflows, support, and documentation.

We're partnering with a highly respected global investment management organization focused on real assets and alternative investment strategies, and they're looking for an Associate, Sales Enablement to join their growing team.
