Job summary

Pacific Life in Newport Beach is seeking a Sales Enablement Training Specialist to support life and annuity sales teams. You will drive adoption of Salesforce, Tableau, and other enablement tools, while delivering customized training to wholesalers to improve territory management and sales effectiveness.

Join a CMD Sales Enablement team focused on simplifying the wholesaler experience, enhancing system usage, and driving ongoing process improvements across Sales, Operations, and Marketing.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting field sales teams with enablement tools.
• Ability to translate stakeholder needs into scalable enablement solutions.
• Strong focus on customer experience and process efficiency.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly.

Responsibilities

• Provide central support for sales enablement programs, tools, and technologies.
• Track trends and report insights to stakeholders for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with IT and Salesforce COE to onboard new users and ensure access.
• Develop training guides and videos in collaboration with Sales Training.
