Job summary

Pacific Life, a leader in life and annuity solutions, seeks a Sr. Wholesaler Concierge Desk Associate to support field sales teams in Omaha, NE or Newport Beach, CA.

You will serve as the central contact for sales enablement programs and tools, driving adoption of Salesforce, Tableau, and other systems to boost efficiency and revenue. You will troubleshoot issues, train wholesalers, and collaborate with IT and Salesforce COE to ensure access and smooth onboarding.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce Sales experience.
• 2-3 years of sales enablement systems experience in Financial Services.
• FINRA Series 6/7 required.
• FINRA 63, Life Insurance and/or Variable Products license preferred.
• Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Economics or Finance, or equivalentFinancial Industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support for sales enablement programs, tools and technologies.
• Track and report key trends for Sales Intelligence, Sales Training and Marketing stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex cross-functional issues (Sales, Operations, Marketing, Salesforce COE).
• Investigate technical issues, log cases, and ensure high-quality interactions.
• Develop training guides and videos with Sales Training.
• Assist onboarding and training for new users of Salesforce and sales tools.
• Build Salesforce reports in collaboration with Sales Intelligence.
