Job summary

West Fraser is seeking a Sales Enablement Specialist to support the development, documentation, and continuous improvement of sales processes, training, and enablement resources. You will work with Sales and cross-functional partners to translate complex processes into clear guidance and maintain materials that help employees perform consistently across the end-to-end sales lifecycle.

The role strengthens onboarding, increases adoption of standard processes, and provides current resources

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred or equivalent experience.
• 0-3 years of experience in sales, sales operations, training, customer service, or related fields preferred.
• Strong written communication skills to create clear, concise procedures and training materials.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint) and experience with process documentation or training content is a plus.
• Demonstrated curiosity, initiative, adaptability, and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve onboarding, training, and enablement materials (job aids, presentations, videos, learning resources).
• Document and maintain sales processes, procedures, and operating guides.
• Partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to gather information and identify process gaps.
• Maintain a centralized repository of sales documentation and training resources.
• Support communication and adoption of new processes and systems through workshops and training sessions.
• Develop knowledge of West Fraser’s products and end-to-end sales processes to support enablement efforts.
• Take on special projects and other duties as assigned.
