Job summary

Western States Equipment Co. in Idaho Falls is seeking a Sales Data and Marketing Analysis professional to support territory evaluations, lead generation, and quote development for machine sales representatives.

You will assist in data mining from Dodge Network, ZoomInfo, and Caterpillar data sources, and coordinate with sales and marketing to drive new business. The role requires strong Excel/BI skills, clear communication, and the ability to travel for customer engagements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of sales experience performing similar duties; CAT experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required.
• Must be able to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on product offerings and services.
• Build end-to-end quotes including configuration, options, and taxes.
• Coordinate inputs across inventory, service, and finance for quotes and payment scenarios.
• Attach quotes and revision history to opportunities in CRM.
• Develop customer leads through data mining and targeted campaigns.
• Warm up leads with local sales team for handoff to quotes and closure.
• Collaborate with analytics and marketing to grow new customer leads.
