Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of experience in sales support or related administrative role.
• CRM proficiency and strong communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and CRM.
• Process sales orders, contracts, invoices, and purchase orders accurately.
• Maintain customer and project data in CRM (Salesforce).
• Coordinate with finance, legal, product, shipping/logistics to ensure smooth orders.
• Monitor order status and communicate updates to customers and sales reps.
• Identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements to boost efficiency.
• Submit project invoicing based on completion percent.
• Support sales with drawings and initial submittal packages.
• Handle post-sale tasks including close-out packages, manuals, and warranty info.
