Job summary

MEI is seeking a Sales Operations Assistant to support the sales team and accounts payable/receivable functions. The role coordinates work orders, estimates, and documentation, enabling sales staff to focus on selling and growth.

You will liaise with customers on changes, compile packets for accounting, and maintain project cost spreadsheets. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in sales operations, solid MS Office skills, and CRM experience.

Qualifications

• Requires 2+ years in sales operations or similar role.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Salesforce or other CRM experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with estimates and keep urgent tasks moving.
