Job summary

L2 Brands, Inc. is seeking a Sales Training Manager in Hanover, PA to lead onboarding and ongoing enablement for our Destination, College, Golf, Corporate, and Print Wear sales channels.

You will design and deliver training on product knowledge, decoration techniques, pricing and policies, and internal systems including HubSpot and HighSpot to empower reps from day one. Regular travel and in-office collaboration are expected.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in sales training, enablement, or sales operations, preferably wholesale or consumer goods
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills across in-person and virtual formats
• Working knowledge of CRM systems (HubSpot preferred), ERP or order-entry systems, and sales enablement platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Prior experience with distributed, multi-channel sales teams is a plus
• Background in decorated apparel, headwear, or promotional products is a plus

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales VPs and reps to identify training needs and build onboarding programs
• Deliver in-person and virtual training on product categories and decoration techniques
• Educate reps on pricing, minimums, policies, promotions, and the quote process
• Provide hands-on training on internal systems including HubSpot, HighSpot, order entry platforms, and art tools
• Lead HubSpot onboarding and administration, including dashboards, data audits, and SOPs
• Maintain and update sales enablement materials, FAQs, and demo videos in HighSpot
• Organize live and virtual learning sessions, office hours, and refresher training
• Track onboarding milestones and ramp-up success with Sales Ops
• Support launch meetings, tradeshows, and sales summits with training content
