Qualifikationen

• High school diploma required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience in sales, sales support, merchandising, or related roles.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with all internal and external customers.
• Familiarity with sales support tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute effective merchandising strategies aligned with sales objectives.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand representation, accurate pricing, and attractive product displays in retail locations.
• Monitor merchandising standards and make recommendations for improvements as needed.
• Participate in the coordination of shelf set activities, including planning, implementation, and execution of product displays and merchandising strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize shelf space, improve product visibility, and enhance overall customer experience.
• Periodically assist with covering sales territories during absences or vacancies.
• Ensure seamless continuity of sales activities and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams such as marketing, operations, and finance to ensure alignment of strategies and seamless execution.
• Collaborate on joint initiatives and provide valuable input to optimize sales processes and improve overall customer satisfaction.
