Aikido Security is seeking its first Sales Enablement Manager to ensure messaging remains consistent across the funnel, onboard new sales hires, and build role-specific enablement for BDRs, AEs, CS, and partners.

You will collaborate with product marketing, HR, and sales leadership in a fast-growing, tech-focused environment that values ownership, independence, and a no-nonsense culture that rewards getting things done.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales enablement in B2B SaaS environments.
• Ability to onboard and train sales teams (BDR/AE/CS/partners).
• Strong collaboration with marketing, HR and sales leadership.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new sales hires and cut ramp time.
• Run ongoing training on product, ICP, personas, objections, and competitors.
• Build role-specific enablement for BDR, AE, CS, and partners.
• Create and maintain sales playbooks.
• Own objection handling and competitive battlecards.
• Turn customer wins into usable case studies.
