Job summary

HD Supply designs and develops employee learning programs aligned with organizational goals and training needs. It conducts assessments to identify new development needs and recommends training methods to improve performance across the organization.

The role requires translating business requirements into actionable training plans, delivering effective content, and partnering with leadership to drive consistent learning across teams.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in sales learning delivery and meeting facilitation including utilization of various adult learning theory methods such as classroom, virtual, eLearning and the ADDIE process.
• 2+ years of selling experience
• Demonstrated success in both content development and delivery for a wide range of audiences from executive to individual contributor in topic areas including but not limited to leadership, business, and professional skills.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Manages the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of learning programs. Tracks employee performance and measures training outcomes.
• Conducts needs analyses and translates business requirements into defined training needs. Determines the scope, audience, timing, delivery method, and resource requirements for trainings.
• Partners with leadership to identify process trends that support associates and drive organizational consistency.
• Works with associates and managers to ensure that learned knowledge and skills are transferred to the job.
• Reviews, edits, and maintains trainings, standard operating procedures, job aids, and other strategic tools and resources.
• Delivers learning communications, including monthly newsletters, process updates, and technology announcements.
• Creates development standards, processes, and templates to produce consistent and quality instructional materials.
• Participates in associate trainings as needed.
