Job summary

HD Supply Management, LLC (USA) is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Learning & Effectiveness Intern to help design learning experiences that empower our sales teams. You will gain hands-on exposure to program design, content development, and change management while supporting onboarding and ongoing development.

Working with cross-functional partners, you will create training materials, coordinate sessions, collect feedback, and report on program outcomes.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in a related field with a 2027–2028 graduation window.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Interest in training, coaching, or sales enablement.

Responsibilities

• Support development and delivery of learning initiatives for sales associates and leaders.
• Assist with creating training materials, presentations, job aids, guides, and resources.
• Partner with Sales Operations to identify learning needs and solutions.
• Coordinate training sessions, onboarding, and development programs.
• Communicate training programs and resources to stakeholders.
• Gather feedback to evaluate learning effectiveness and identify improvements.
• Maintain learning content, resources, and training documentation.
• Prepare presentations, summaries, and reports on outcomes.
• Research best practices to support continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects to enhance seller effectiveness.
