You will own accurate order entry, maintain the CRM, and communicate with account managers and executives to drive pipeline and customer success. The ideal candidate holds a Marketing or Business degree, excels with Excel, and brings strong written and verbal communication, organization, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (Marketing or Business Preferred).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and manage customer orders with minimal supervision.
• Maintain and update CRM system, including tracking sales opportunities.
• Provide timely and professional communication with internal account managers and executives.
• Learn and understand our product line to provide basic product recommendations to customers and resellers.
• Coordinate with the shipping department to ensure timely delivery and communication of tracking information.
• Review open orders and respond to specific customer needs to ensure satisfaction and timely service.
• Stay informed on new product releases and features and communicate these effectively to customers.
