Job summary

Charles Schwab is seeking a Business Development Manager in Banking & Trust Services within Investor Services to drive growth of banking and lending solutions. You will partner with Business Development Officers to accelerate adoption, manage pipeline visibility, and deliver a seamless client experience through Salesforce and Tableau.

You will train internal partners, support client inquiries, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in financial services, banking, or sales support.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Drive pipeline growth with BDOs and manage opportunities.
• Maintain pipeline visibility with Salesforce and Tableau.
• Provide client and partner support with product education.
• Prepare for client engagements and enable internal partners.
• Drive adoption of digital tools and lending platforms.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and data privacy.
• Collaborate across BTS and IS teams to improve workflows.
