Job summary

Charles Schwab in Pittsburgh seeks a Business Development Manager (BDM) within Banking & Trust Services Sales to accelerate adoption of lending solutions and support IS channel growth. You’ll partner with BDOs, manage pipeline in Salesforce, and ensure a seamless client experience.

You’ll lead enablement, training, and collaboration with BTS and Investor Services, balancing priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining regulatory compliance and data privacy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years of experience in financial services, banking, or sales support preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with BDOs to drive pipeline growth and opportunity management
• Own pipeline tracking, reporting, and CRM (Salesforce) updates
• Support lead intake, follow-up, and conversion efforts
• Provide visibility into pipeline health and proactively identify gaps and opportunities
• Deliver lending guidance and product education to advisors, branch partners, and clients
• Reinforce Schwab banking and lending solutions to support client acquisition and expansion
• Balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and firm policies
