Job summary

Terumo Cardiovascular Group is seeking a commercially focused Operations Specialist to support field sales tools, ERP systems, and related processes. You will act as a conduit between field teams and internal departments to drive revenue and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include enabling usability of MoveMedical Software and Salesforce, managing SAP-driven activities, maintaining master data integrity, and developing metrics and dashboards to measure performance across sales programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in sales, order management, or telesales.
• Experience with SAP or sales enablement tools preferred.
• Experience in a customer facing environment and cross-functional project management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and facilitate initiatives to drive revenue and improve commercial processes.
• Provide usability support for sales tools including MoveMedical Software and Salesforce.
• Manage SAP-driven activities like backorder processing, allocations and product determination strategies.
• Maintain ERP collaboration for process improvements and data integrity.
