You will oversee onboarding, coaching, and the development of enablement programs, ensuring the sales team is equipped to perform at the highest level.

You will manage tools like Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, GongEngage, and Pendo, turn data into actionable strategy, and collaborate with Marketing, Product, and cross-functional partners

Qualifications

• Proven experience in revenue/sales enablement, preferably SaaS.
• Strong analytical and data-driven approach.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.
• Proactive, dynamic mindset to improve sales performance.
• Proficiency in project management and cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Enablement tool management and onboarding.
• Data utilization to analyze sales interactions and derive insights.

• Monitoring program effectiveness with KPIs.
