Job summary

Clearstory is transforming the commercial construction industry with a SaaS change order platform. We’re building an Enablement group to produce training content, manage assets, and empower AEs and SDRs to ramp quickly. This role reports to the Head of Enablement and drives scalable, rep-ready materials.

As an early team member, you’ll shape the role, influence culture, and contribute to a fast-growing organization that values innovation and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Ability to translate updates into clear, rep-ready content.
• Highly organized with multiple projects across timelines.
• Proven ability to build training materials from briefs.
• Experience with Canva, Rise 360, Confluence, and Mindtickle is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build onboarding decks, training modules, and LMS content for AE and SDR hires.
• Create one-pagers, reference guides, and visual sales assets in Canva.
• Translate product updates into sales-ready messaging and training content.
• Own the operational layer of enablement: versioning and organization of assets.
• Create and maintain trainings in the LMS as the program grows.
• Support in-person delivery in California where needed.
• Build new AI tools for rep development.
