Job summary

Emery Jensen Distribution, in partnership with Ace Hardware, seeks a Sales Enablement Specialist to design and deliver content across e-learning, job aids, and live sessions. You will manage Ace Learning Place LMS, build courses, and develop role-based learning journeys with Sales Leaders, SMEs, and HR.

You will design onboarding content, sustain training materials, and analyze data to improve sales readiness in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Learning & Development, or related fields.
Experience translating business needs into effective learning solutions with SMEs and stakeholders.
Experience supporting onboarding programs or sales trainings is a plus.
Ability to design learner-centered content aligned to business needs and outcomes.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain sales enablement content across formats (e-learning, job aids, live/virtual sessions).
Own LMS content in Ace Learning Place, build courses and learning paths.
Collaborate with Sales Leaders, SMEs, HR to align content with field expectations.
Coordinate logistics, communications, and content updates for training programs.
Analyze learning data and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
