Job summary

Kyndryl in the United States is seeking a Sales Enablement Specialist to design, develop, and deliver programs that boost seller productivity and effectiveness. You will create onboarding experiences, boot camps, workshops, and recurring enablement programs.

You will support proposition activation, seller readiness, and develop role-based learning paths with performance support materials while reinforcing CRM adoption and best practices across account planning and growth.

Qualifications

• Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Experience developing training programs, communications, or sales content.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience using CRM platforms, collaboration tools, and AI-enabled productivity solutions.

Responsibilities
