Job summary

Caterpillar is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to enable sales teams by turning data and customer insights into actionable recommendations and practical tools.

You will work with Salesforce, dashboards, and data quality initiatives to improve account execution and customer experience for Managed Accounts. This role requires onsite presence five days a week in Peoria, IL, with travel up to 10%.

• Manage data requests and coordinate follow-up with stakeholders.
• Partner with CAT Digital and Analytics teams to improve data quality and decision support.
• Track data connectivity, cleansing efforts and updates with relevant teams.
• Support annual planning, monthly reviews and leadership updates.
