Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a Senior Customer Solutions Consultant – Uptime & Maintenance to help customers, dealers, and field teams improve maintenance outcomes through proactive strategies and connected solutions. You will partner with regional teams to drive uptime and aftermarket growth.

In this role, you will assess maintenance practices, promote preventive maintenance, and coach teams to deliver customer-focused solutions, with travel up to 50% and onsite five days a week in Peoria, IL.

• Support adoption of maintenance solutions and digital tools regionally.
• Partner with sales, product, industry, dealer, and field teams to improve engagement.
• Provide coaching and guidance to teams for consistent customer solutions.
• Present recommendations and progress updates to leadership.
