Job summary

Titan Security is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Support Administrator to join our Chicago-area team. This on-site role reports to the VP of Sales Enablement and keeps deals moving by handling client documentation, CRM data in Salesforce, and vendor coordination.

The ideal candidate will support Sales, Operations, and proposal teams, manage COIs and RFP responses, and ensure accurate CRM data while working with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree preferred.
• 1-2 years in administrative support, operations coordination, or related roles.
• Ability to pass pre-employment checks and read/write English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Salesforce/ServiceNow a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between Sales, Sales Enablement, Operations, clients, and vendors to keep processes efficient.
• Monitor contract terms, COIs, and risk/compliance requirements.
• Assist Proposal and Rebid Specialists with RFPs and current-client needs.
• Coordinate temporary/surge security services with field operations.
• Maintain Salesforce CRM data accurately throughout the sales process.
