Job summary

Titan Security is seeking a detail‑oriented Sales Support Administrator to keep deals and client accounts moving. You will manage client documentation, coordinate with Sales, Operations, and vendors, and maintain Salesforce data to ensure accuracy and compliance.

The role is on site in the suburban Chicago area with a fast‑paced environment, requiring strong organization, communication and multitasking skills. Eligibility for benefits includes medical, 401(k) and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Post‑secondary degree preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with CRM systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between Sales, Sales Enablement, Operations, client representatives, and vendors to ensure processes are efficient.
• Monitor risk management and compliance requirements, including contract terms and COIs.
• Support Proposal and Rebid Specialists with RFP responses and current-client needs.
• Coordinate temporary or surge security services with field operations.
• Maintain relationships with third-party providers and subcontractors.
• Coordinate catering, meetings, and onsite logistics for client presentations.
