ROLE DESCRIPTION:

Location: Miami, FL (Full-Time)

We are seeking a dynamic and performance-focused Sales & Education Manager to lead training and sales development initiatives across the South East Region Market. This individual will play a key role in elevating brand knowledge, driving sell-through, and supporting field teams through hands-on coaching, impactful education, events, and in-store presence.

RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Achieve retail sales goals and all work productivity targets.
  2. Lead and drive weekly in-store events and large quarterly events.
  3. Track, report, and analyze event results and learnings for continuous improvement.
  4. Build and maintain a network of high-performing Brand Ambassadors and Freelancers.
  5. Recruit, develop, and motivate Brand Ambassadors and Freelancers to meet sales goals.
  6. Communicate insights on market trends, competitive landscape, staffing, and activation opportunities to sales leaders.
  7. Maintain and track freelance spending within budget.
  8. Collaborate with store management on floor space, product launches, promotions, and events.
  9. Implement merchandising guidelines to ensure consistent brand image.
  10. Build brand awareness through education and advocacy.
  11. Deliver education and training to improve sales productivity among Brand Ambassadors, staff, and Freelancers.
  12. Follow corporate travel and expense policies.
  13. Work flexible hours, including Tuesdays to Saturdays, with no designated days off for exempt employees.
  14. Educate on new product launches, storytelling, selling techniques, and luxury service standards.
  15. Analyze business performance by location and implement local strategies for growth.
  16. Provide weekly recaps, productivity reports, and market insights to leadership.
  17. Conduct regular check-ins with the freelance team to align on goals and performance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of management experience, including recruiting and developing top-performing brand ambassadors and sales specialists in a multi-retailer environment.
  • Experience in luxury retail, particularly high-end fragrances.
  • Proficiency in training and coaching.
  • Solution-oriented, collaborative, and autonomous work style.
  • Experience in sales and customer relationship management.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
