Safal Partners is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing education-focused projects and federal contracts. PMP certification required, along with demonstrated experience leading complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and agile methodologies.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with HQIM team and Safal Partners team to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the project, including event planning, overseeing project activities, coordinating team members, and ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
  • Ensure that all project activities align with the project goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, including critical milestones and key deliverables.
  • Manage project resources, including staff, equipment, and materials, to ensure that they are being used efficiently and effectively.
  • Identify project risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
  • Ensure that project activities comply with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Support the development of high-quality deliverables, including reports, presentations, and other project documents.
  • Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and ensuring that project expenditures are within the approved budget.
  • Ensure that all project documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in project management, education, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on education or government projects.
  • PMP certification is required.
  • Agile Certification is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Smartsheet.
  • Knowledge of education policies and regulations is highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other project management software.
Job Type:Full-Time

Location:Remote, must be authorized to work in the United States.

In addition to full time employment opportunities, Safal Partners periodically contracts for specified goods, services, and expertise necessary to meet project demand and deliverables.
