What You’ll Do

Under the direction of the Manager - Education, you will execute in-office education, seminars, webinars, and support sales and educational initiatives. Responsibilities include:

1. Live Seminars: Facilitate customer seminars, assist with recruitment, log attendance, manage logistics, and collaborate with team members.
2. Virtual Webinars & Specialized Education: Deliver webinars, prepare materials, report activities, and collaborate on promotion strategies.
3. In-office Education: Coordinate and deliver in-office training, optimize territory visits, and support account needs.
4. Social Selling: Support in-office selling events and initiatives.
5. Program Support: Assist with new programs, monitor competitors, and maintain positive brand representation.
6. Other Responsibilities: Attend trade shows, maintain communication, participate in training, and attend meetings.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree preferred.
• Active medical credentialing or aesthetician license, RN, NP preferred but not required.
• 2-4 years of hands-on training or related experience.
• Ability to travel up to 75%, including lifting 40+ pounds.
• Strong organizational skills, professionalism, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teams; Salesforce experience is a plus.
• Valid US driver’s license.
