StretchLab helps people improve flexibility and reduce muscle tension through one-on-one assisted stretching. The Studio Sales Manager will drive sales, member retention and revenues across the location, collaborating with a team to deliver outstanding client experiences.

The role requires leadership, a passion for health and fitness, and the ability to build community partnerships. We offer a base salary with performance bonuses and opportunities for advancement within StretchLab.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams and selling memberships in gyms or wellness.
• Familiar with membership-based sales and customer service.
• Full-time availability, flexible schedule incl. evenings/weekends.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
