Capital Square Living is seeking a Living Consultant for our Augusta, GA property. You will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction. Responsibilities include tours, applications, move-in packages, and coordination with maintenance.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, sales aptitude, and proficiency with MS Office and Yardi Voyager. A positive, team-oriented attitude and driver’s license may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous leasing experience a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and customer service mindset.
• Strong computer skills with MS Office.
• Yardi/Yardi Voyager experience a plus.
• A valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, show apartments, process applications.
• Prepare lease and move-in package for signing.
• Inspect apartments before move-in and coordinate maintenance items.
• Stay informed about market/competitor conditions affecting occupancy and sales.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Use on-site property management software to track availability and leasing activities.
• Respond promptly to resident concerns and questions.
