Job summary

Gateway Management Company is seeking a Leasing Agent for Bridges at Landrum in Atlanta, GA. You will greet prospective residents, identify needs, and present the community and apartments with features and benefits to help convert interest into tours.

You will respond to inquiries via email and phone, prepare lease documents, and uphold Fair Housing standards. You will assist the Property Manager to maintain occupancy goals and support resident events to boost retention.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One or more years of sales or leasing experience.

Responsibilities

• Greets prospective residents, determines needs and preferences and professionally presents the community and specific apartments while providing features and benefits.
• Responds to inquiries for property information in an appropriate and timely manner via email and phone.
• Prepares lease and lease renewal documents.
• Follows Fair Housing Standards in all matters when working with prospects and residents.
• Assists the Property Manager in maintaining occupancy goals of the community.
• Encourages resident retention by establishing and maintaining positive relationships with residents and assists with resident functions, activities and programs as needed.
