Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Specialist for a 245-unit mid-rise community in Augusta. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and handle credit/background checks to ensure smooth move-ins and renewals.

The role requires a Monday–Friday 9am–6pm schedule with rotating weekends, and involves designing marketing plans, driving traffic, and using OneSite/Yardi to track availability and data. Competitive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating leasing, marketing, and renewal activities to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to build resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.
• Ability to design and execute marketing plans to drive traffic and leases.
• Proficient in on-site property management software (OneSite, Yardi).
• Ability to follow policies on concessions and programs to boost occupancy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate leasing activities to meet revenue and occupancy goals.
• Inspect and prepare units for move-ins; schedule maintenance as needed.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive traffic.
• Drive traffic through referrals, employers, and online marketing tools.
• Record leasing activities and applicant data in OneSite/Yardi; manage renewals.
