You should have a background leading sales teams, agency experience, and a track record of scaling organizations. The founder remains the ultimate decision-maker while you drive execution day-to-day.

Qualifications

• Must have a sales leadership background with quota responsibility.
• Experience leading multiple functions in a service/agency environment.
• Demonstrated profit ownership and decision-making impact.
• Strong contract negotiation and vendor terms experience.
• Clear communicator with leadership and founder-level interaction.

Responsibilities

• Own four department leads, their numbers, development and reviews.
• Set the week rhythm, quarterly priorities and trade-offs when needed.
• Own profit metrics, margins on delivery and hiring costs.
• Lead commercial conversations, client contracts and vendor terms.
• Build operators into leaders and make timely founder-level decisions.
