Job summary

Skillforce has teamed up with a leading commercial roofing company to fill a Commercial Roofing Sales/Estimator role in Capitol Heights, MD. This full-time, direct-hire position requires field travel to job sites and offers a base salary plus commission, company vehicle or allowance, and a full benefits package.

You will develop new business, estimate repairs, and manage client relationships. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in commercial roofing, sales/estimating or project management

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of commercial roofing field experience.
• Experience in roofing sales, estimating, or project management preferred.
• Knowledge of commercial roofing systems (TPO/EPDM/PVC/modified bitumen/metal).
• Ability to assess roof conditions and calculate labor and material costs.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and grow existing commercial roofing accounts.
• Inspect roofs, identify leaks and deficiencies, and recommend repairs.
• Prepare accurate estimates, pricing, and service proposals.
• Follow up with prospects, negotiate agreements, and meet sales and profitability goals.
• Build relationships with property owners, facility managers, contractors, and building engineers.
• Coordinate approved work with service management and field crews.
• Monitor project progress and address customer concerns.

Salary Range: $70,000.00 To $110,000.00 Annually

Skillforce has teamed up with a leading commercial roofing company to find a skilled Commercial Roofing Sales/Estimator.

This is a full-time, direct hire position based out of Capitol Heights, MD area with local travel to job sites.

Seeking an experienced commercial roofing professional to drive service sales, inspect roofing systems, develop repair estimates, and build lasting client relationships. This role combines roofing field knowledge, estimating, and business development to deliver profitable repair and maintenance solutions.

• Valid driver's license and ability to safely access rooftops and work outdoors.


• OSHA certification, manufacturer training, and an established industry network are pluses.
